What more can be said to Weltmeyer? He is already a legend: 1986 winner of the stallion licensing in Verden. 1987 winner of the stallion performance test in Adelheidsdorf. In the same year Weltmeyer also won the three-year-old stallions classification at the Federal Championships of Young German Riding Horses. In 1988 he was honoured in Verden as best stallion of his age-group and awarded with the "Freiherr von Stenglin-Prize". One year later he became DLG Champion 1989 in Frankfurt. And last but not least he became "Hanoverian Stallion of the Year" in 1998. Until today Weltmeyer has produced 76 licensed sons, all of them are excellent stallions.
With altogether four champion titles and numerous placements Weltmeyer and his line was the big winner of the 2001 Federal Championships in Warendorf: The great foundation sire himself is the sire of the Federal Champions in the class of the five-years-old dressage horses and in the class of the four-years-old stallions as well as in the class of the young driving horses (4-5 years-old).
