DONATELLA is very special. Both her parents are exceptional movers, and she does credit to both. Her whole stance is regal and imposing. One to watch out for....

Donatella was born on May 16, 2006. She is a strong and elegant mover who is an excellent prospect for the dressage ring. She stands 16.3 hh., and is steel gray in colour. She is the daughter of the Hanoverian Don Rico (Don Frederico, Hohenstein, Archipel, Donnerhall) and Andele (Arkansas, Absatz, Godewind).

2010: Donatella was bred to Regardez last year and had a wonderful colt, Rhythm 'n Soul (see "Horses Sold" for info on her colt)

February 2011 - Donatella is now being backed. She is a dream to work with.

2011-2012 - Tella's training has been versatile. She goes in a frame with lovely movement for the dressage ring, and she has also been introduced to jumping.

Nov 2012 - Tella has been sent to JF Gagné's farm - Gagné International Stables - in Aiken South Carolina for further training as a hunter/jumper. She is much loved, and her training is progressing right on schedule.

January 2013 - Tella enters her first event, and comes in 3rd. Over the previous weeks she was introduced to different kinds of obstacles. On the first attempt, and without hesitation, she has jumped off banks, into water.
