DARLIN'
Sire: BOBBY'S BOY Dam: FIREFOX
A total show stopper, with all that chrome... Beautiful expression and a solid build. Darlin' should excel in anything: dressage, hunter, jumper or eventing.
Fall 2013 - Darlin' has been backed. After a handful of times with a rider already goes in a nice frame, picks up the correct lead. Was even worked in a wind storm in a noisy arena without any issues.
Jan. 2014-Darlin' is a flashy, compact and easy to ride mare. She's only been under saddle for 3 months and she is already showing so much talent having already started lateral work, simple changes, and work over fences. Darlin' is well on her way to being extremely competitive in the dressage ring this year. She's schooling first level and will be ready to show training level and FEI 4yr olds. She also shows much promise for the hunter ring with her easy, easy canter. She has been a joy to work with and progresses with each ride. She has been hacked (only after about 5-7 rides and had never been ridden outside before AND this is after a week off over Christmas break!), ridden bareback-walk/trot/canter-in the arena and I've also done some vaulting on her when I hopped on her in the barn!
Her temperament makes her amateur and kid friendly after some more time under saddle and along with her presence and movement she is a big contender in the show ring! Don't miss out on this wonderful mare!!! She's going to make someone very happy; my only reason for sale is that we have way too many horses and not enough time. Please feel free to email me at danika.gp@hotmail.com or call 613-327-7050. I would be happy to answer any more questions you have about this lovely little mare.
