FANCY DANCER is already living up to his name: he demonstrates strong, powerful, uphill movement with a noble carriage. Even as a baby he looked like a miniature powerhouse. He will see many wins in the dressage ring.

Fancy Dancer, or JJ, is sired by the famous dressage stallion Farrington. Farrington is known to sire big-boned offspring with a willing character and big powerful gaits - all requirements for top performances in dressage. When Farrington competed at the stallion show he earned the title of "Stallion with the best trot". At the Central Performance Examination, he scored 9, 8.5 and 9 for walk, trot and canter respectively, 9 for temperament, and ended up being the best dressage stallion of that year.

Fancy Dancer’s dam, Andele, is a powerful-moving mare with significant athletic ability and nice top line. Andele was given a 9 for her trot at the CSHA mare inspection. Her siblings have excelled as amateur horses. She has a very strong jumping pedigree. Her sire is Arkansas who goes back to Absatz. Her pedigree background is mostly Hanoverian, with such names as Absatz, Gotthard, Abglanz.
